Look out Bismarck/Mandan area predators because this group of ladies is now EMPOWERED! They are LOADED with Situational Awareness skills, verbal defense skills, knowledge for reading body language and so much more. We also discussed defensive hardware and some of the false security misconceptions so many people have about some of them. For example, our own recent testing last week of numerous top pepper sprays really surprised us!
Once again the Krav Maga Intro Role Play was a hit, and literally for Kristen! One woman got so into the palm strike that Kristen took the palm strike (via a pad, thankfully) to her nose and Kristen verified its effectiveness.
